June 26, 2007 We are excited to announce that Digital Roads, Inc. has assumed the role of Phoenix Technical and Sales Support.  We have enjoyed a long and successful relationship with Digital Roads as a Phoenix dealer and service provider. Digital Roads has been active in designing, installing and supporting Synergy and Phoenix Media Retrieval sites since 1996! This is a strategic business development initiative designed to meet the following objectives: * Improve response times and depth of support resources for Dealers and End Users * Expand product development efforts to include special applications for Healthcare and Corporate enterprises, as well as other markets where Phoenix is a good fit. * Add resources to current development initiatives with key industry partners so as to maximize hardware flexibility options and disparate systems integration. * Strengthen existing dealer relationships relative to sales and support infrastructure. We are confident there will be no significant interruption in the provision of support services through this transition. Digital Roads enjoys an outstanding reputation for service and support and is known for its control system expertise. Existing DRI service contracts include both legacy Synergy Systems and Phoenix hybrid systems, which use both AMX and Crestron hardware. In addition, DRI brings expertise in lighting, smart building automation, digital signage, and telemedicine applications to enrich future Phoenix development initiatives. Shane Burke will remain an active and integral member of this newly expanded support and development team. Shane will be available to help with all escalated support issues but will primarily be focused on product development initiatives. Phoenix has matured and is ready to add features that will take full advantage of its control, scheduling, streaming, complex algorithms, and web based communications capabilities. Starting on July 2, 2007 your E-mail support requests will be automatically routed to Digital Road using the same address, Support@RealmCtrl.com. However, for telephone support please call (303) 422-4500. All existing Support Agreements will be honored with no changes in terms or duration.
